Shediac Squadron participates in
the 2009 Moncton Boat Show

The 2009 Moncton Boat Show has come and gone.  We met and talked with fellow boaters, old friends and scores of interested people from all over.
We had several goals in attending the Boat Show, advertising our presence in the Moncton and Shediac area, giving out information on the boating courses we offer and giving the public an opportunity to challenge the Pleasure Craft Operators Card (PCOC) exam.

A couple of tangible standards by which we can rate the success of the experience:
114 people put their name down for the April  BoatPro/PCOC Seminar,
125 people wrote the on site PCOC test successfully.

The Squadron Bridge would also like to express a BIG THANK YOU to all who staffed the Squadron Booth and the PCOC testing room at the show.  Without your help it would not have been possible to participate in this show.
